Stage 1

 

Ken’s Commercial Kitchens designed and constructed their latest Cafe / Restaurant within the Home HQ, Artarmon Complex. The challenge was to control the total commercial kitchen design, incorporating submission of Council plans and to negotiate landlord regulations.

Stage 2

Whilst utilising some existing equipment, KCK manufactured and installed a modern stainless steel commercial kitchen which included: bench work, cool rooms, refrigeration bar, cooking equipment, exhaust ventilation and a 12 metre hot and cold servery display.

Stage 3

Under the direction of Ken’s Commercial Kitchens, our team ensured the building works of plumbing, electrical, walls, ceiling and flooring, and achieved certified approvals from strict Food Codes and landlord criteria.

 

Due to our successful partnership we have since built an additional coffee station on another level within the same complex so as to alleviate the demands of this busy cafe.
